Our largest detached villa. Set in mature gardens overlooking a wooded area, at the edge of the select Tosalet Urbanization in Javea, on a plot of about 1500 m2. with specacular views of the Montgo mountain. There are two entrances to the villa: the main entrance is up 14 steps to the main house terrace, which is laid out with patio dining furniture. The ground floor entrance opens directly into the villa.
FIRST FLOOR (MAIN):
External stairs lead up to the covered Naya, set out for dining. Double doors lead into the house.
A large rectangular lounge / dining room with sofas and easy chairs; dining table and chairs for in-house dining; woodburning stove; 32″ flat screen tv; dvd player and satellite tv.
Door to fully fitted modern kitchen, with 5 burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large refridgerator and separate freezer, microwave.
Door off the kitchen to a large utility room, with 2 washing machines and sink; double glass doors lead to the back garden.
From the lounge, an archway leads to a small corridor, off which are two twin bedrooms (one with a small balcony with a view of Montgo), one double bedroom; a bath/shower room and a further shower room with walk-in shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a lockable, internal stairway down to ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR:
There is a kitchenette, with electric hob, fridge freezer and sitting area. There is a large lounge which can be used for various activities.
There are four twin bedrooms, one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, two separate bath/shower rooms and an additional toilet with washbasin. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
OUTSIDE:
Double glass doors lead out to open terraces and the garden, leading down to the pool terraces a large 12 x 5 metre kidney shaped pool, with Roman steps and the barbecue house.
Air conditioning and warm-air heating units have been installed in the main living room and seven bedrooms.
